At Parkway Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, we love the fact that our inventory holds a special place in the minds of our Clinton Township customers. Just think of the words "Jeep® vehicle" and what do you picture? Probably a robust model like the 2014 Jeep Patriot or a driver favorite like the all-new 2014 Jeep Cherokee . These models are both excellent choices, and if you've ever wanted to learn more about them, you've come to the right spot. Our website is here to act as a resource for today's car shoppers, but we also want to remind you of how the past has shaped this classic brand.

For our Clinton Township Jeep dealership, one of the most exciting aspects of representing the Jeep brand is its all-American heritage. The first Jeep vehicle was developed to assist Allied forces during World War II, heading straight to the battlefield to work on behalf of Americans everywhere. That same decade, Jeep vehicles made their way to civilian roads as well, introducing the everyday driver to the adventures that come along with harnessing 4x4 technology. The Jeep vehicles we know and love today maintain the original power and patriotism that the Jeep brand first introduced to the marketplace, and our dealership is proud to work for the advancement of this iconic brand every day.

Following the end of World War II, Americans fell in love with recreation vehicles, and Jeep models were there to bring all of their adventures to life. Leaps in engineering capabilities helped the brand launch seven models in the 1950s. By the end of the 1960s, the Jeep fleet was up to 14 models, including the unparalleled Jeep Wagoneer. A decade later the brand released its first full-time 4x4 system on the athletic Jeep Cherokee, which went on to earn 4WD of the Year awards. Reimagined in the 1980s, the Jeep Cherokee went on to score several industry firsts, including the first UniFrame construction, the first compact four-door SUV and the first full-time 4x4 system featuring shift-on-the-fly ability. By the time the 1990s rolled around, the Jeep brand was mastering off-road adventures in the 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and just about a decade later, the Jeep Patriot and Jeep Compass were moving the brand into the small cross-utility segment. Now that you have the basic history down, our Clinton Township Jeep dealership can't wait to introduce you to the new Jeep inventory that is sweeping the marketplace today!

If you're ready to begin a Jeep legacy of your own, then we encourage you to visit our Jeep dealership for a test drive today! When you become a Jeep owner, you become part of the dynamic history of the on- and off-road driving community as well as the all-American heritage that helped the Allied troops to victory during the Second World War. And the Jeep brand is far from slowing down. The automaker is still making progress day after day, and there are a number of Jeep vehicles prepared to do the same for you!
